It’s all in the details

OK, so as I was thinking about what I could focus on Facebook for this month, I thought a lot about what makes up a wedding day, and one that really sticks out is the care and attention to all the finer details of the wedding day. I remember planning for my own, and I was quite meticulous about every last little detail, from the ribbon threaded pearls on the invitation, to the girls shoes, the chair covers and colour of the boys ties, the list goes on and on. Bride’s, the mum’s (and some groom’s) spend hours sweating over all these seemingly small parts of the day, but when they all come together perfectly it really can be just stunning!
Personally, I always think it is a bit of a shame that often the bride and groom don’t get to see how all the details in the reception come together, before their guest’s go in and put all of them selves in the room. For this reason, Laura & I like to take lots of photos of the room setup, every little detail, before the guests go in and pull it all apart!!

So for this month, I will be showing some awesome ideas I have come across recently, in the hope it may give some of you some inspiration, or maybe just a chance to reminisce about the time when you were up at night, picturing how every piece of the your day would come together. Cause for us girls, I think it is all about the details!
