Big dark scary hail clouds = awesome photos

Dave & Ang were very optimistic when planning their day, outdoor beach wedding… no contingency plan nearby, many would not take the chance, but their gamble paid off by the skin of their teeth, or gust of wind in the right directionWhen we arrived at the beach, I was fearful for poor Dave, as the life guards were telling us of the hailstorm headed our way… eek!
Cue big black rain clouds…
But as Ang pulled up, the clouds seemed to detour around us so she could have her dream beach ceremony

And WOW, Tony Blay and I could not believe our luck. Have to say, best lighting I have had to work with outdoors, in… can’t even remember!
Stunning backdrops, felt like we were on a remote tropical island somewhere

So moral of the story is, Bride’s to be… behind every dark looming scary cloud there is a possibly awesome wedding photographic opportunity
